Projected plan for execution of the Project

As already explained here in above, the Society has already drawn up a contingency plan for execution of the Project in a time bound manner. From the above it is evident and reiterated again that the total time frame for completion is pegged at 5-6 years, out of which the initial period of two years will be utilized for development of land procured & thereafter, the construction period of the flats etc, is pegged at 3-4 years. However, this period shall commence from actual date of possession of land and not from date of registration of the Society.

We are enclosing a brochure which reflects a visual imagery as envisaged by the Architect along with the detailed map for Burari Area (which is again likely to renamed by the DDA) for your perusal. We intend to construct a three tier basement for parking of Vehicles and the Ground floor shall be dedicated for Commercial activities. Although the members shall pay for the construction of the entire project, however, the Commercial area has been earmarked to generate & sustain funds for future maintenance of the Society.


As per the approved Bye-laws of the Society, in order to save time and complete the project well within the stipulated period the Society will immediately commence action for procuring land by seeking land cost from the members. Members failing to deposit the demanded amount  interest @18%  p.a. for the delayed period shall be charged.


It is a democratic method to elect one’s representative for running the day to day affairs of the Society. We undertake to fulfill this obligation cast upon us as stipulated in the Bye-laws of the Society. However, our main & primary focus being to get a piece of land for the Society, we shall hold the elections thereafter in a meeting where we will also be apprising you about the acquisition of the land. However, it is imperative to place on record at the very inception that in order to participate in a democratic process every member has to fulfill his part of the duties i.e. primarily payment of dues to the Society. Any member who fails to abide by this statutory obligation and puts other members at a disadvantage explained here in above, shall not be allowed to participate in the proceedings or meetings of the Society.

Doors and Windows

  • Window – Powder coated aluminum glazed window.
  • Door Frame – Hard wood frame / Sal Wood.
  • Door Shutter – Teak wood door shutter with Teak ply panel with polishing/ Enamel paints.
  • Entrance Door – Factory  made approved designer door with polishing.

External Finish:

  • Texture Paint / Glass Tiles / Stone Cladding.

Door Fittings

  • All Door fitting shall be of brass, mortice lock for Bed Rooms & Entrance Door etc.

Kitchen Counter:

  • Red Bangalore Granite or equivalent with Double bowl stainless steel sink.

Water Supply:

  • Internal water supply line shall be of polyethylene – Aluminum – polyethylene (PE-AI-PE)
  • Filtered /treated water /R.O. Plant.
  • Provision for Geyser.

Sanitary Ware & Fittings:

  • Superior quality CP fittings, White I Off White/ Pestal colour vitreous chinaware WC,/ Wash Basin etc.

Electrical Work:

  • Copper Wiring /PVC conduit pipe/ Modular Switches.

External Electrical

  • 5 KV, A, power backup in each apartment & for common area (Cost of the power back up shall be extra)

Your cooperation in tendering your dues on time will be of immense help as for a Cooperative Society, the back bone is its members and in case of default by even one member, has a cascading effect on the financial health of the entire Society. It is therefore, appealed that the members may strictly abide by the payment schedule that shall be drawn up and Intimated, to avoid payment of penalties etc. as per the bye-laws of the Society.
